Florist Delivery: Delivery is included in the price of the arrangement for all florist delivered products, a service charge of $9.99 will be added to each order in the United States and Canada . International orders will receive an additional $14.99 fee.

Candy Bouquet Delivery: 3 - 5 business day delivery is $4.99 plus a service charge of $9.99.

Florist Delivered: We deliver to almost all of the United States and Canada . Same-day delivery of flowers is available if your order is received by 1:30 PM in the recipients time zone Monday through Friday for florist delivered flowers, for the same day delivery on Saturday please order by 12:00 noon in the recipients time zone. For orders received after 1:30 PM we will try our best to get your order delivered same day, otherwise your order will be delivered the following day. Delivery is unavailable on Sunday.

Grower Direct Delivery: Next-Day weekday delivery is $14.99 plus a service charge of $9.99. Saturday Delivery is an additional $6.99. All orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are an additional $10.00. Each order comes in its own box and therefore requires the delivery fees to be paid for each order even if the orders are being shipped to the same recipient.

Fed-Ex Delivered: The cut-off time for next-day and 2-3 business day deliveries is 2:30 EST. Delivery is available in almost all of the United States and Canada . Delivery is not available on Sunday or Monday because our courier service does not ship packages on Saturday or Sunday. Delivery times are based upon the courier's scheduled routes. We are not able to specify or guarantee a delivery time.

Specific Times: We will do our best to accommodate the delivery request for a specific time, but we cannot guarantee it, but normally we are able to deliver within a time frame of few hours if requested. Our normal delivery times are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for orders going to a business, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for orders going to a residence, hotel, or a hospital, and 2:00 PM for orders going to a high school.

Delivery Policy for funerals: Funerals are our top priority, if your order is for a funeral service, our policy is to call the funeral home or church and verify the service time and we will deliver before the viewing/service time. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service, we will call you and let you know quickly, so that you can send something appropriate for the family's residence.

High Schools: Usually high schools do not accept deliveries for the students; please try to send any orders going to the students at their residence.

PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver flowers to a PO Box or an A.P.O address.

Rural Routes and Remote Locations: We may not be able to deliver to very remote areas or some rural locations; if we are unable to deliver to a remote location we will contact you by phone immediately.

Incorrect Address: If the recipient's address is incorrect and we have attempted the delivery, we will charge you $10.00 redelivery charge, if you would like to change the delivery address after placing the order, please call us immediately, we will not charge you any additional amount if the address is changed before the delivery is attempted.

Holiday Deliveries: To help assure timely deliveries during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. The orders will be processed on a first come first serve basis.

Our business is closed on Sundays and the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.

When you visit our website, we also collect some basic information that does not identify individual users. We use this information to determine our users demographics and interests, so that we can better understand and serve our users.
